Love Fulshear. Bless the World.
Union Chappel turns generosity into action—from weekend food bags to overseas shoe drives—led by Missions Director Erika Yelverton.
Local Missions
- FaithFULL Kids —Pack weekend food bags throughout the school year for dozens of food insecure students of Morgan and Huggins elementary so they don’t go hungry on weekends or school holidays.
- Home-Repair Team — Builds wheelchair ramps and restores unsafe homes one Saturday at a time. Family-friendly workdays; no experience needed.
- Teacher Prayer Ministry — Hand-written prayer cards & care gifts remind Morgan and Huggins staff they’re loved and covered in prayer all year.
- LCISD School Partnerships — Back-to-school supplies, Christmas gifts, crisis response, and steady support for local families.
Strategic Partners
- Family Hope — Crisis aid, parenting classes, and job-training for Fort Bend families. Union Chappel helped launch this ministry 10 years ago and still fuels food fairs and supply drives.
- Sealy Pregnancy Resource Center — Life-affirming support for women and men facing unplanned pregnancy. We give financially and stock their boutique with baby essentials.
- House of Amos — Hot-meal distribution and rent/utility relief in Alief. Union Chappel was a founding church and still answers tangible needs every quarter.
Global Reach
- Operation Christmas Child — We’re the West Katy drop-off hub, collect over 1,000 shoeboxes, and host a Special-Access packing party so every child hears the gospel.
- Shoes for Jamaica — Funding uniform shoes so St. Mary Parish kids can attend school; 10-year partnership delivered each summer during VBS week.
